Pack Your Items
Securely place the fragrance bottle in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
